GRIGGS and Mary CHRISTEEN were married on 8 October 1866 in Johnstown, Rock County, WI.²¹⁷ Mary CHRISTEEN was born on 16 August 1834 in Clarkson, Monroe County, NY.²¹⁷ She died on 5 May 1914 at the age of 79 in Akron, Plymouth County, IA.²¹⁷ She was buried after 5 May 1914 in Spencer, Clay County, IA.²¹⁷ in the Riverside Cemetery.
