William Bruce "Bruce" KAISER¹⁰⁴⁶ was born on 15 February 1943 in Iowa City, Johnson County, IA.⁵⁸³ He was adopted about 1952.⁵⁸³ He graduated about 1966.⁵⁸³ Before 2011 Bruce was in Minnesota.⁵⁸³ an Electronics Engineer with Minnesota Mining and Manufacturing (3M). He lived in Minnesota in 2011.⁵⁸³

William Bruce "Bruce" KAISER and Denise Renee CARTER were married on 11 March 1989.⁵⁸³ Denise Renee CARTER was born on 18 December 1946.⁵⁸³ She died on 21 January 2012 at the age of 65.¹⁰⁴⁷
