Norma "Jean" ANDERSON and Roger NEITZEL were married.³ Roger NEITZEL, son of Arnold Albert H. NEITZEL and Erma Frieda CLAIR, was born about 1943.¹⁹ He graduated in 1961 in Wilton, Wilton Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁹ from Wilton High School.

Norma "Jean" ANDERSON and Roger NEITZEL had the following children:
