92. Frank HARRISON Jr. was born on 31 July 1894 in Necedah, Juneau County, WI.^53,54,81 on the Belcher farm. (His surname is listed as Belcher on his birth record and his World War I draft registration record.)

From the notes of Lois (James) Bartels: "Frank Belcher was born to Oral Harriet Belcher (father unknown) on July 31, 1894 on his grandparents’ farm in Cutler T, Juneau County, Wisconsin. When Frank was almost 3, Oral married Thomas Ellis and the family settled in Moundville Township (Marquette County), where Thomas had grown up.

Five years later, in the 1905 Census, 10 year old Frank was no longer living at home. Also in the 1905 Census, young Frank Belcher’s stepfather, Thomas Ellis, had a change of names; he was now Frank Harrison.

In the 1910 Census, 15 year old Frank was listed as a lodger at his adoptive grandmother’s house. (His grandmother, Elizabeth Ellis, was actually Frank’s step-grandmother as she was the adoptive mother of his stepfather.)

In 1916, Frank Belcher registered with the Civil Service. He was a 22-year-old self-employed farmer. He worked in Moundville Township and lived in Endeavor. Any war-related service he may have had is not known.

At some point between registering for the draft in 1916 and the 1920 Census, Frank Belcher changed his surname to Harrison. This was the name that his stepfather had taken between 1900 and 1905. The 1920 Census listed Frank, age 25, as a farmer and head of house with his grandmother, Elizabeth, then 79 years old.

On September 20, 1920, Frank Harrison married Evelyn Iva Chapman in Buffalo Township, Marquette County."

He was listed as "Frank, Jr." in his mother's obituary.

. He appeared in the census in 1900 in Moundville Township, Marquette County, WI.⁵⁵ He was living with his mother and his step-father, Thomas Ellis. He appeared in the census in 1910 in Moundville Township, Marquette County, WI.⁴⁹ He was living with his step-father's adoptive mother, Elizabeth Ellis. Frank died on 12 May 1985 at the age of 90.^53,79 (His surname is listed as "Harrison" in the Social Security Death Index.) He was buried in Endeavor, Moundville Township, Marquette County, WI.⁵³ in the Hillcrest Cemetery.

Frank HARRISON Jr. and Evelyn Iva CHAPMAN were married on 20 September 1920 in Buffalo, Marquette County, WI.⁵⁷ Evelyn Iva CHAPMAN was born in December 1897 in Buffalo Township, Marquette County, WI.^53,57 She died on 18 May 1989 at the age of 91 in Greenwood, Clark County, WI.⁵³ She was buried in Endeavor, Moundville Township, Marquette County, WI.⁵³ in the Hillcrest Cemetery.
