He was born in Milwaukee in February 3,1920 as Peter Harrison and given up for adoption in March of that year and renamed Loren Henry Kinne. The Sarah who filled out the adoption information we believe was Sarah Harrison, to Oral Belcher Harrison and Frank Harrison. The father we have been able to determine was working in Clintonville, WI in 1919. His name was William Galloway Duncan and he was married at the time. Sarah delivered her baby in Milwaukee at the Misericordia Hospital in Milwaukee, which I believe was a hospital for unwed mothers during that time. (I think my grandmother was a servant and living with my grandfather's family.) William Galloway Duncan was British Navel engineer who was working in Clintonville between 1917-1919. I have done my DNA on Ancestry which led me to William. I just haven't been able to confirm Sarah's (name) until I ran a search of my DNA against Belcher and Eggleston and came up with 108 matches with the last name Belcher and 38 matches with the name Eggleston.
