She appeared in the census in 1900 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ She appeared in the census in 1910 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁷ Lillie appeared in the census in 1920 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁸ She appeared in the census in 1930 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁹ She died on 8 March 1968 at the age of 79.^16,20,21 (Her obituary does not give her date of death, only her age at 79.) Lillie was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁰ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Lillie Auguste Paulina BIRR and Albert August WESTPHAL were married on 3 April 1907 in Monroe County, WI.^11,16,22 Albert August WESTPHAL, son of Johann Gottlieb WESTPHAL and Emilie Ernestine MARQUARDT, was born on 9 June 1886 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.^{11,14,18,20,23,24} (The Oak Grove Cemetery records and the Marriage Registration Index list his surname as "Westphal.") He was baptized on 4 July 1886 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁴ at the St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. He was confirmed on 8 April 1900 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁴ at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Albert appeared in the census in 1910 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁷ He appeared in the census in 1920 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁸ His occupation was "Farmer, General Farm." He appeared in the census in 1930 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁹ Albert died on 1 June 1956 at the age of 69.²⁵ He was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁰ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
