Elisha appeared in the census in 1880 in Oberlin Township, Decatur County, KS.³² He appeared in the census in 1900 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.²¹ He appeared in the census in 1910 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁸ Elisha appeared in the census in 1920 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵⁷ He appeared in the census in 1930 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.²¹ He died on 19 July 1930 at the age of 77 in Grant Township, Monroe County, WI.^21,26,58 When he died, he was living at the home of his daughter and her husband. (The cemetery records erroneously list his year of death as 1929.) Elisha was buried on 20 July 1930 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.^21,26,58 in the Lincoln-Peterson-Kirby Cemetery.
