Frank Eugene TAYLOR Sr. and Lulu PLUNKETT were married on 25 June 1913.¹⁰ Lulu PLUNKETT, daughter of James William PLUNKETT and Martha M. ZIEBELT, was born on 9 October 1890.¹⁰ She appeared in the census in 1900 in Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴¹ She was living with her parents.
