140 | i. | Max HARVEY Jr. was born on 10 August 1962 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.51 He died on 8 August 2005 at the age of 42 in Camp Douglas, Cutler Township, Juneau County, WI.51 Obituary Notes: "Max W. Harvey, Jr., age 42, of Camp Douglas, passed away on Monday, Aug. 8, 2005, at his home. He was born on Aug. 10, 1962, to Max Sr. and Lois (Gilson) Harvey in Tomah. He was united in marriage to Brenda Rogers on Oct. 16, 1987, in Madison. Max worked in construction, drove cattle truck and was a mechanic. He loved bonfires, fishing, Harley Davidson motorcycles and collecting lighters and eagles. He also enjoyed sitting on his deck watching hummingbirds and wildlife. He is survived by his wife, Brenda; his sons, Max III, Robert and Darren Harvey; daughters, Desiree and Katina Harvey; his parents, Max Sr. and Lois Harvey; two goddaughters, Deanna Martin and "Baby Bean" Dechelia Mendoza; sisters, Carole (Bill) Scott of Victorville, CA, Juanita Heilman of Tomah, Ginger Harvey of Camp Douglas, Chris Harvey of New Lisbon, Debbie (Marty) Hanna of Stanford, VA; grandchildren, Isabelle and Brandon; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, LeRoy and Vivian Gilson and Theodore and Gertrude Harvey; three uncles, Vernon, Ronald and Forrest. A memorial service was held today (Thursday), Aug. 11, at 11 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Pastor Mikah Schlobohm officiated. A private family burial will be held at a later date. Family and friends called today from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. The Torkelson Funeral Home of Tomah assisted the family with arrangements."
