4. Henry DREIER was born about 1861 in Preussen (Prussia).1,2 He appeared in the census in 1870 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.3 He appeared in the census in 1880 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.1 Henry appeared in the census in 1910 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.2

Henry DREIER and Louisa STECKLER were married on 30 May 1901.2 They2 were married.7 Louisa STECKLER was born on 10 December 1874 in Sheldon Township, Monroe County, WI.2,8 She appeared in the census in 1910 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.2 She died on 14 November 1944 at the age of 69 in Norwalk, Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.8

Obituary Notes: "Funeral services were held Thursday afternoon at the Norwalk Evangelical Church for Mrs. Henry Dreier, 69, who died in her Norwalk home Monday evening Nov. 13. Mrs. Drier was the former Louisa L Steckler, born Dec 10, 1874, on a farm in the township of Sheldon.

She was wed to Henry Drier May 30, 1901, by the Rev George Scheible at the Steckler home. The couple went to live on the Dreier farm, where they stayed until eight years ago when they retired to Norwalk.

Mrs. Dreier is survived, besides her husband, by five children, Mrs Werner (Mabel) Zimmerman Norwalk; Mrs John (Lorna) Rudolph, Milwaukee; Amy Dreier, Milwawukee; Mrs Archie (Ann) Ramsell, Fairbanks, AK, and Edward on the home farm. She leaves six grandchildren; two brothers, Adolph and Louis Steckler of Norwalk, and three sisters, Alvina Steckler on the farm, Esther Steckler of Sparta and Mrs. Chris Schell, Norwalk.

Pallbearers were Harvey Menn, Ben Menn, William Dreier, Lloyd Dreier, Herman Odenberg and Herbert Vieth. Belva Wruck, Marie Ann Menn, Beverly Wruck, Eleanor Zimmerman and Lorna Vierth were flowergirls. All Mrs. Dreier's children were home for the funeral, Mrs Archie Ramsell arriving from Alaska Saturday to be with her before she died."
