Judith "Judy" BEAN and Donald JERDEE were married on 19 January 1957 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁷ Donald JERDEE, son of Gordon JERDEE and Violet HERMANSON, was born on 11 September 1934 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁷ He died on 16 November 2015 at the age of 81 in La Crosse, La Crosse County, WI.²⁷

Obituary Notes: "Donald Jerdee, 81, of Tomah passed away Monday, Nov. 16, 2015, at Gundersen Health System, La Crosse. He was born Sept. 11, 1934, to Gordon and Violet (Hermanson) Jerdee in Tomah.

He was united in marriage Jan. 19, 1957, to Judith Bean, in Tomah. In 1963, Judy and Don purchased Family Shoe Store. In 1971, they built the building where JJ’s Floral Shop is now and they sold shoes and flowers. In 1982, they stopped selling shoes and exclusively ran the floral shop.

He is survived by his children, Mark (Sharon) Jerdee of Wilton, Wis., and Linda (Allen) Capaul of Tomah, Wis.; two grandchildren, Nyssa Capaul, Kassia (Keith) Scott; one great-grandchild, Demetrious Capaul; beloved family member, Ann Jerdee; and special friends, Pat Reis and the “Senior Seven”; sister-in-law, Sharron Jerdee; other relatives; and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gordon and Violet; and his wife, Judy; and his brother, Dick Jerdee.

Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015, at Torkelson Funeral Home, Tomah. Burial with full military honors will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery, Tomah."
