She died in 1925 at the age of 58.^37,95 She was buried in 1925 in La Grange Township, Monroe County, WI.^35,37 in the LaGrange Township Cemetery

Cora Dell BROWN and Byron Wesley PURDY (`) (~) were married on 17 April 1889 in Monroe County, WI.<sup>42,95</sup> Byron Wesley PURDY (`) (~), son of Daniel Crane PURDY and Susan Lucretia SAVAGE, was born on 9 October 1864 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.^{18,26,66,82,95,96} (The 1900 Census lists his year of birth as 1865.) In June 1900 he was a farmer in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁶ He appeared in the census in 1910 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁰ Byron appeared in the census in 1930 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴⁶ He was living with his son Floyd and his family. He lived at Pleasant Valley in Monroe County, WI before 1944.⁷⁵ He died on 29 May 1944 at the age of 79 in Monroe County, WI.^82,95 Byron was buried in La Grange Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁷ in the LaGrange Township Cemetery.
