Gilbert Roland PURDY was born on 21 April 1928 in Monroe County, WI.⁷⁶ He appeared in the census in 1930 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴⁶ He graduated in 1946 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.²⁷² from Tomah High School. Gilbert died on 6 July 2013 at the age of 85 in Wisconsin.²⁷³ He was buried in La Crosse, La Crosse County, WI.²⁷³ in the Mormon Coulee Memorial Park.
