She appeared in the census in 1930 in Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁶ She died on 28 February 2001 at the age of 78 in Camp Douglas, Cutler Township, Juneau County, WI.⁴¹

June Adelia BATTEN and Roy Charles NELSON were married on 6 April 1940 in Shennington, Byron Township, Monroe County, WI.^41,75 Roy Charles NELSON died on 22 January 2001.⁴²
