89. Perry Galin "Butch" BIGELOW was born on 6 July 1911 in Monroe County, WI.21,35 He appeared in the census in 1920 in Lincoln Township, Monroe County, WI.35 He was living with his parents. He died on 28 April 1974 at the age of 62.62 Butch was buried in Wyeville, Byron Township, Monroe County, WI.62 in the Wood Cemetery.

Perry Galin "Butch" BIGELOW and Delores SMALL were married on 26 August 1939.85,86 Delores SMALL, daughter of Walter SMALL and Flossie Mae REED, was born on 6 July 1921.86 She died on 28 October 2015 at the age of 94 in Greenfield Township, Monroe County, WI.86

Obituary Notes: "Dolores Bigelow, 94, of Tomah died Wednesday, Oct. 28, 2015, at the Greenfield House, town of Greenfield. She was born July 16, 1921, to Walter and Flossie Mae (Reed) Small on the family farm.

She grew up in the Wyeville area and was united in marriage to Perry “Butch” Bigelow Aug. 26, 1939. He preceded her in death in April of 1974. Together they enjoyed traveling the U.S. together. Dolores was one of the first rural bus drivers in Monroe County. She also worked at Fort McCoy in the bulleting department for over 20 years until her retirement.

She was a member of the Valley Junction Jolly Jane’s Homemakers for many years. She enjoyed spending her time quilting, fishing and reading romance novels. Dolores loved the fall colors and rides to look at the Christmas lights. She was an excellent cook and made all types of meals, including turtle soup, rabbits and squirrels. She had a very loving and feisty personality. Her family was most important to her, and many of her grandchildren lived with her at one time or another. She was always willing to help a neighbor and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is survived by two children, Roger Bigelow of Columbia, S.C., and Kaytherine “Katie” (Eldon L.) Brown of Tomah; a son-in-law, William Wagner of Clifton; 11 grandchildren, Richard (Barbara) Wagner of Morris, Ill., David (Ruth) Wagner of Tomah, Jim Wagner, Brenda Croom of West Columbia, S.C., Linda (David) Adkins of Cayce, S.C., Robert Bigelow, Alan (Teresa) Brown of Mineral Point, Debra (Scott) Hardy of Tomah, Cheryl (Brian) Flick of Black River Falls, Douglas Brown of Neenah, and Bonnie (Spencer) Baldwin of Tomah; nine great-grandchildren, Joshua and Timothy Roberts, Alyssa and Sierra Flick, Johnathon Van Gundy, Melissa, Michael, Abigail, and Paige; many great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Dorine Bruzzeuchesi of Blue Island, Ill.; many other relatives and friends.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Bertha Wagner; a sister, Carmen; and a brother, Edward.

A funeral service will be held at noon today, Nov. 2, 2015, at the Lighthouse Assembly of God Church, 762 W. Clifton St., Tomah. Frank Ross will officiate. Burial will be at a later date."
