(He is believed to have been the "Sid Horel" that attended the wedding of Mattie Griggs and Roll Vandervort in 1908.) He appeared in the census in 1880 in Lincoln Township, Eau Claire County, WI.³ He appeared in the census in 1900 in Lincoln Township, Eau Claire County, WI.⁵ His occupation was "Day Laborer." Sid appeared in the census in 1910 in Union Township, Eau Claire County, WI.² His occupation was "Superintendent, County (Insane) Asylum."

Sidney A. "Sid" HOREL and Elsie UNKNOWN (HOREL) were married about 1894.⁵ Elsie UNKNOWN (HOREL) was born in July 1876 in Wisconsin.⁵ She appeared in the census in 1900 in Lincoln Township, Eau Claire County, WI.⁵
