Guy Raymond JAMES was born in September 1884 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^15,42 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Yakima County, WA.⁴² He appeared in the census in 1910 in Newport, Lincoln County, OR.⁴³ He was living with his parents and his occupation was "Teamster, Odd Jobs." Guy died on 11 February 1966 at the age of 81 in Dayton, Columbia County, WA.¹⁵

Guy Raymond JAMES and Minnie Viola OLDFIELD were married.¹⁵ Minnie Viola OLDFIELD was born in 1895 in Nebraska.¹⁵ She died in 1948 at the age of 53.¹⁵
