Obituary Notes: "Harlan L. Lea, 88, formally of Wapakoneta, died Tuesday morning, May 8, 2007, at his residence in Largo, Fla. following a short illness. He was born Jan. 30, 1919, in Black River Falls, Wis.

Mr. Lea was the founder and president of Koneta Rubber Company.

Mr. Lea is survived by his wife, Laureen; a daughter, Tamara Green of Naples, Fla.; two sons, Ted (Teri) Lea of Waynesfield and Tim Lea of Wapakoneta; two step-daughters, Kay Fontaine of New Port Richey, Fla.; Marsha Cunningham of Holiday, Fla.; eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren."
