She married Harvey R.H. Bukatz on Jan. 7, 1939, in Peoria, IL. He preceded her in death on Dec 5, 1968. Lora owned and operated the A&W Root Beer stand in Evansdale for 12 years and later worked in the Uniform Shop in downtown Waterloo. She is survived by one son, Kent S. (Margaret) Bukatz of Ft. Worth, TX.; two daughters, Tamra J. Schlitter of Cedar Falls and Gwen J. (Rocky) Buege of Waterloo; nine grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandsons. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Mabel Shaffer and Agnes Zimmerman. Services were 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Seventh-Day Adventist Church with burial in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Friends called at the Kearns, Huisman-Schumacher Chapel on Kimball from 4-8 P.M. Tuesday and an hour before services at the church." Lora Elnora HUBERT and Harvey L. H.
