Robert LeRoy ROGGE and Evelyn Grace DAMEROW were married on 5 October 1957 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.5,189,308,385 Evelyn Grace DAMEROW, daughter of Irvin A. DAMEROW and Edna H. TANK, was born on 4 December 1936 in Monroe County, WI.87,385 She graduated in 1954 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.328 from Tomah High School. She died on 4 August 2014 at the age of 77 in Camp Douglas, Cutler Township, Juneau County, WI.385

Obituary Notes: "Evelyn Grace Rogge, 77, of Camp Douglas entered into eternal rest Monday, Aug. 4, 2014, at her home. She was born Dec. 4, 1936, to Ervin and Edna (Tank) Damerow. She was a member of Tomah High School’s graduating class of 1954.

On Oct. 5, 1957, Evelyn was united in marriage to Robert L. Rogge at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, Tomah. For a short time earlier in life, Evelyn worked the Tomah VA as a medical stenographer; she than pursed life as a devoted wife and mother.

She was a faithful and devoted member of St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, serving as a member of the Ladies Aide. She served as the Town of Oakdale treasurer and was a member of the Diamond Valley Homemakers. She enjoyed spending time in her flower garden, listening to music and dancing. She was often heard humming a tune and tapping her foot to the beat. Evelyn had a zest for life and had an inner child that she shared with her family and grandchildren. She was a devoted wife, a loving mother, grandma, great-grandma and sister.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Robert of Camp Douglas; three children, Bobbi Sue (Paul ) Stiteley of Verona, William (Cindy) Rogge of Tomah, and Karla (Dan) Persons of Camp Douglas; grandchildren, Melissa (Cris) Kliczak, Ross and Michelle Stiteley, Blake and Brooke Rogge, Kole (Madeline) Persons, Olivia Persons, Kaytlyn (Alex) Peardot; great-grandchildren, Hudson, Wesley, Kendall and Calvin; two sisters, Jeanette (Gerald) Gaulke of Wisconsin Rapids and Marlene (Lawrence) Leervig of Plymouth; her mother-in-law, Violet Rogge of Tomah; three sisters-in-law, Henrietta Niebuhr, Kay (Leonard) Fox and Rhonda (Bill) Phillips, all of Tomah; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Charmayne Reardon; a grandson, Robert; and her father-in-law, Forrest.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church, 525 Superior Ave., Tomah. P astor Donald Buch and Pastor Curtis Backhaus will officiate. Burial will be at a later date. Relatives and friends are invited to call one hour prior to services Friday. The family requests that memorials be given to St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church and Tomah Hospice Touch in Ev’s name."
