Lou Ann Frances PASCH and Robert Eugene NIEBUHR were married on 22 January 1994 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁴ Robert Eugene NIEBUHR, son of Irwin Bert NIEBUHR and Norma Gertrude KUPPER, was born on 20 November 1936 in Oakdale, Oakdale Township, Monroe County, WI.^5,34 He died on 3 February 2009 at the age of 72 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.³⁴

Obituary Notes: "Robert E. Niebuhr, 72, of Tomah, died Tuesday, Feb. 3, at Tomah Memorial Hospital. He was born Nov. 20, 1936, to Irwin and Norma (Kupper) at Oakdale. He was baptized and confirmed at St. Peter Ev. Lutheran Church, at Indian Creek. He was a member of the Tomah Senior High School Graduating Class of 1955. He was united in marriage to Henrietta Rogge. He married Lou Ann Pasch-Rose on Jan. 22, 1994, at Gloria Dei Lutheran Church. Bob served in the Wisconsin National Guard. He worked for Union Camp for 38 years before retiring in 1998. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, listening to music, and watching movies. He was a member of the Wyeville Sportsman’s Club, and Gloria Dei Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his wife Lou Ann, 2 sons Mark (Beverly) of Tomah, and Clint (Linda) of Tomah, and a daughter Vicki (Greg) Parish of Hazel Green, a stepdaughter Sheila (Jules) Miller of CA, and a stepson Alvin Rose of NC, a daughter-in-law Sheila (Mike) Guenther of Tomah, 9 grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 5 step great-grandchildren, a sister Rita (Victor) Burnstad of Tomah, nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a son Craig, a stepgrandson Brian, and a stepgreat-granddaughter Hailey.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, Feb. 7, 2009, 11 a.m.at <http://a.m.at> Gloria Dei Lutheran Church, 310 W. Elizabeth Street, Tomah. Pastor David G. Dahl will officiate. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the church on Saturday from 10 a.m. until time of the service.

The Sonnenburg Family Funeral Home, Tomah, is assisting the family with the arrangements."
