Descendants of Robert Baguley
Robert Baguley is the earliest-known ancestor of the Bigelow families that eventually emigrated from England to America. One of his descendants, John Bigelow, Sr., is the ancestor of the many Bigelow family members that eventually settled in Monroe County. (His surname is believed to have originally been Biglo.)
He was born in 1617 in Wrentham, Suffolk County, England, and married Mary Warren in 1642 in Massachusetts. They had twelve children.
