Descendants of John Bridger (Bridgers), Jr.

John Bridger, Jr. and his wife, Elizabeth Tucker, were born in Surrey County in southeast England in the 1370's. His family's surname was changed to Bridgers by some of his descendants.

One of their 18th great-great-grandsons, Michael William Bridgers, married Stephanie Blair Griggs, a daughter of Gary and Barbara (Serp) Griggs in Columbia, South Carolina, in 1999.
