He was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹³ in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

CART was born on 4 April 1903 in Iowa.^13,42 She appeared in the census in 1930 in Wyeville, Byron Township, Monroe County, WI.⁴² She died on 20 December 1977 at the age of 74.¹³ Florence was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^13,19 in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

George Neal CALKINS was born on 26 October 1932 in Monroe County, WI.³⁹ He died on 14 July 2011 at the age of 78 in La Crosse, La Crosse County, WI.⁴⁵ Obituary Notes: "George Calkins, 78, of Tomah passed away Thursday, July 14, 2011, at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. He was born Oct. 26, 1932, to Seth and Florence (Cart) Calkins. He started working at Vlasek Lanes in Tomah before going to work at the VA Medical Center, where he spent more than 25 years before he retired. He enjoyed golfing and bowling in his spare time. He is survived by two sisters, Maxine Hedding of Union Grove and Frances Calkins of Tomah; many nieces; nephews; other relatives; and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Seth and Florence; two brothers, Gilbert and Rodney; and a sister, Judy Calkins. A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 19, 2011, at 11 a.m. at the Torkelson Funeral Home in Tomah. Family and friends are invited for visitation Tuesday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. The Torkelson Funeral Home of Tomah is assisting the family with arrangements."
