Descendants of Johann Degler
Johann Degler and his wife, Wilhelmine Rosentreter, were born in the Posen Province of Prussia in the early 1800's.
One of their descendants, August Degler, and his wife, Bertha Gehrke, were born in Posen in the mid-1850's and had nine children. They are the earliest known ancestors of all of the Degler family members in Monroe County.
