Alice M. HOREL and Charles Gaius ELLIS Jr. were married in 1910.^6,9,20,40 Charles Gaius ELLIS Jr., son of Charles ELLIS and Lavinia V. KELLER, was born on 16 November 1885 in Wisconsin.^6,7,39 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.¹ He and his Widowed father were living in the household of his paternal grandmother, Mary Williams. He was listed as "Gaius." He appeared in the census in 1910 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^6,41 His household consisted of him and his wife and his grandmother, Mary B. Williams.
