Descendants of Heinrich "Henry" Koehler, Sr.

Heinrich Koehler, Sr., and his wife, Wilhelmine “Minnie” Britzman, were born in Bavaria in the mid-1840’s. She emigrated in 1860 and he in 1864 to America, and they married about 1869 in Wisconsin.

They eventually lived in the Clifton and Wilton Township areas and had six children who married into families such as Schappe, Schmidt and Englerth.
