Crilly, Pennington County, special administrator of the estate of John Lobe, in U. S. District Court. The suit, with one estate suing another, is unusual in Federal court annals here. It revolves around an auto accident on August 25, 1946 near Rapid City that claimed the life of Mrs. Heying, in one car, and of Mr. and Mrs. John Lobe, Hollywood, Calif., in the second auto." .
