Bertha NEITZEL was born on 3 August 1849 in Pommern (Pomerania) Province, Preussen (Prussia).2 She emigrated in 1885 from Preussen (Prussia).5 She died on 27 September 1903 at the age of 54 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.10,18 (This is believed to be her; the death record lists her as "Mrs. Herman Wagner.") Bertha was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.2,19,20 in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Bertha NEITZEL and Hermann WAGNER were married about 1880.2,5 (According to the 1900 Census, they had been married for 15 years and had 6 children, of whom 3 were living at the time.) Hermann WAGNER was born in October 1835 in Germany.5 He emigrated in 1885 from Germany.5 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.5 His household was on Nott Street and his occupation was "Day Laborer."

. Hermann died in 1903 at the age of 68.2 He was buried in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.2
