Wilhelm would have been 19 years old when Albert was born. According to the 1900, 1910 and 1920 Census records, Wilhelm emigrated from Germany in 1883 and Albert in the same year.) He emigrated in 1882 from Germany.^3,5,6,16 He appeared in the census in 1900 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ Albert appeared in the census in 1910 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ He appeared in the census in 1920 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.³ He appeared in the census in 1930 in Kendall, Glendale Township, Monroe County, WI.¹⁶ Albert died in 1946 at the age of 78.³² He was buried in 1946 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.³² in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Albert NEITZEL and Auguste "Gusta" LAST were married about 1889.^5,6,16,39 According to the 1900 Census, they had 6 children, of whom 5 were still living. In 1910, they had 7, of whom 6 were still living. Auguste "Gusta" LAST was born in March 1869 in Germany.^5,42 (Her parents may have been Friedrich Last and Friederike Wonkel, and a sister may have been Pauline Maria Last, who married Carl Dams at St. John's, Ridgeville on 2 April 1884.) She emigrated in 1886 from Germany.^5,16 She appeared in the census in 1900 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁵ Gusta appeared in the census in 1910 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.⁶ She appeared in the census in 1920 in Wellington Township, Monroe County, WI.³
