She appeared in the census in 1920 in Millston Township, Jackson County, WI.⁶ She appeared in the census in 1930 in Millston Township, Jackson County, WI.¹³ She was a Widow and was living with her son Arthur and some of his siblings.

Hulda C. NEMITZ and Adam BOWMAN were married about 1886.^1,2,10 According to the 1910 Census, they had been married for 24 years and had 5 children, of whom all were living at the time. Adam BOWMAN was born in June 1843 in Germany.¹ He emigrated in 1867 from Germany.² He appeared in the census in 1880 in Albion Township, Jackson County, WI.¹⁴ He was Single and his occupation was "Railroad Laborer." Adam appeared in the census in 1900 in Millston, Jackson County, WI.¹ His occupation was "Working on Section." He appeared in the census in 1910 in Millston Township, Jackson County, WI.² His occupation was "Farmer, General Farm." He appeared in the census in 1920 in Millston Township, Jackson County, WI.⁶ His household was on Settlement Road and his occupation was "Farmer, General Farming." Adam died before 1930 at the age of 87.¹³ (His wife was a Widow in the 1930 Census.)
