69. Ethelyn Erna "Essie" VINCENZ was born on 31 October 1912 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.36,46,97,223,224 in Reels Valley. She was baptized on 17 November 1912 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.224 at St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church. Her sponsors were August Pergande, Maria Fuchs, and Emilie Noth. She appeared in the census in 1920 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.24 She was living with her parents. Essie appeared in the census in 1930 in Adrian Township, Monroe County, WI.34 She graduated in 1931 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.187 from Tomah High School. She died on 24 May 1979 at the age of 66 in Kenosha, Kenosha County, WI.25,223 Obituary Notes: "Mrs. Dominic (Ethelyn) Pagliaroni, 67, Kenosha, died Thursday, May 24 (of a stroke) in Kenosha. She was born in Monroe County Oct. 31, 1912, to Mr. and Mrs. George Vincenz. She married Dominic Pagliaroni Feb. 7, 1947.

Survivors are her husband; two sons, Stephen of Swansea, Mass., and David of Kenosha; four grandchildren; and four sisters, Mrs. Wilbert (Lucille) Prise, Mrs. Alfred (Eunice) Beltz, Mrs. Janet Zellmer and Mrs. Alice Witz, all of Tomah.

Services will be Sunday at 12:30 P.M. in St. John's Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ridgeville. The Rev. Daniel Falck will officiate and burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery, Tomah."

Newspaper article: "We were shocked to hear of the sudden death of Mrs. Dominic Pagliaroni if Kenosha. She was the former Ethelyn Vincenz of this valley. The Vincenz family lived on the farm now owned by the Art Noons. Essy, as she was known to all, grew up in our valley and was known for her ready smile and red hair. Besides her husband, she is survived by two sons; four sisters, Mrs. Lucille Prise, Mrs. Eunice Beltz, Mrs. Janet Zellmer and Mrs. Alice Witz. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon from the Ridgeville Lutheran Church. Rev. Daniel Falck officiated and burial was in Oak Grove Cemetery. We extend our sympathy to her family. Ethelyn Erna "Essie" VINCENZ and Dominic "Dom" PAGLIARONI were married on 7 February 1947 in Kenosha, Kenosha County, WI.25 Dominic "Dom" PAGLIARONI, son of Louis PAGLIARONI and Rose DEANGELIS, was born on 3 September 1912 in Ascoli Piceno, Italy.25 He appeared in the census in 1930 in Kenosha, Kenosha County, WI.225 He died on 18 March 1995 at the age of 82 in Rhinelander, Oneida County, WI.25 Obituary Notes: "Dominic F. Pagliaroni died Saturday, March 18, 1995. Born Sept. 3, 1912 in Ascoll Piceno, Italy, he was the son of the late Louis and Rose (DeAngelis) Pagliaroni. In 1913, he came to Pennsylvania and to Kenosha in 1923. He attended Kenosha schools.

On Feb. 7, 1947, he married Ethelyn Vincenz. She died May 24, 1979. He served in the Army during WWII, from 1942 to 1945 in the Asiatic-Pacific Theatre. He was employed by the Simmons Co. and American Motors Corp. before retiring in 1974.

He was an avid golfer and enjoyed traveling.

Survivors include two sons, Stephen, Swansea, Mass; and David, Burlington; three brothers, Frank, Las Vegas, Nev.; and Geno and Albert, both of Kenosha; two sisters, Ann DeLuca and Alberta Ball, both of Kenosha; four grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Also preceding him in death were three brothers, Mark, Harry and Frank, and a sister Jennie Ellefson.
