In the church Family Register, it was listed as "Blondine." Her oldest daughter, Lucille, thought it was "Blondina." It is believed to have been "Blondine" because that was a somewhat common given name. On May 20, 1907 she married George Vincenz. To this union were born five daughters and one son, who died in infancy. The Vincenz family lived in the Tomah area all of their lives. Mr. Vincenz preceded his wife in death in July of 1972.

Survivors include five daughters; Mrs. Wilbert (Lucille) Prise of Tomah, Mrs. Dom (Ethelyn) Pagliaroni of Kenosha, Mrs. Alfred (Eunice) Beltz of Tomah, Mrs. Milo (Janet) Zellmer of Tomah and Alice Witz of Tomah; one sister, Mrs. Lydia Pergande of Tomah; 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held December 28 at St. John's Lutheran Church at Ridgeville, of which Mrs. Vincenz was a lifetime member. Pastor Kenneth Gast officiated and burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery." She was buried on 28 December 1974 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^{25,81,127,129} in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Meta Blondine "Matie" KEWIT and Georg Wilhelm "George" VINCENZ were married on 20 May 1907 in Ridgeville Township, Monroe County, WI.^{25,31,118,122} Newspaper article on their marriage: "A very pretty wedding took place at the St. John's Lutheran Church last Monday afternoon in which Miss Matie Kewit, one of our most estimable and popular young ladies, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. August Kewit, became the wife of Mr. George Vincenz, one of Ridgeville's highly respected young gentlemen.

The bride was dressed in white silk covered with lace netting and carried roses of different kinds. She was attended by the Misses Lydia Kewit (a sister) and Elma Vincenz (the groom's sister). The groom was dressed in customary black with white vest. His attendants were August Pergande and Fred Gnewikow.

At exactly three o'clock the wedding march was played and two little flower girls lead the couple to their places at the altar, where Rev. Albrecht performed the marriage ceremony. After the ceremony the happy couple repaired to the home of the bride's parents and enjoyed an excellent wedding feast.

Many valuable and useful presents were presented. Their many friends join in wishing them a long and happy married life."

The Vincenz, who have been life-long residents of Tomah, have five daughters, nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. Their daughters are Mrs. Wilbert (Lucille) Prise, Mrs. Don (Ethelyn) Pagliaroni, Mrs. Alfred (Eunice) Beltz, Mrs. Milo (Janet) Zellmer and Mrs. Alice Witz." Surviving are his wife; five daughters, Mrs. Wilbert Prise, Mrs Alfred Beltz, Mrs. Milo Zellmer, Mrs. Alice Witz, all of Tomah; and Mrs. Dominic Pagliaroni, Kenosha; a brother, Reuben, Tomah; nine grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be at 1:30 P.M. Tuesday in the church. Pastor Martin Lemke will officiate. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery." George was buried on 18 July 1972 in Tomah, Tomah Township, Monroe County, WI.^81,129,131
