He appeared in the census in 1940 in Roscoe, Carbon County, MT.¹⁰⁴ He was living with his parents. John served in the military between 23 June 1946 and 28 October 1946 in Montana.¹¹⁴ He died on 15 March 2000 at the age of 77 in Yellowstone County, MT.^12,113,114
